Read more Alex and I arrived in Rarotonga early April and we were greeted with wind and sunshine for the next 7 days. Straight into work, we took every opportunity to go out and ride in between sessions.

This year I had planned to be in Cape Town, South Africa for the Red Bull King of the Air, so after a month back at home for Christmas, I had my ticket booked for the week before the waiting period started.

Booking the day off in advance and keen to get onto the water, we arrived early to make the most of the day. Moving away from the UK's 2013 winter to ride at Foxton Beach, New Zealand. Where there are some of the best conditions for kitesurfing as well as staying warm.
Four months later and they are now heading over to Rarotonga in the Cook Islands. |
