If you're staying in Melbourne, or anywhere in Victoria for that matter, it is a must to travel up the Great Ocean Road to see the unexplainable beauty. First stop was Altona with Katie Potter for that perfect session everyone dreams of. It was a great way to start the trip off.. The tide was perfect, the wind was great and it was butter flat. What more could you want? We were buzzing, not only was it a great session, it wasn't very busy either. After the tide got too low we decided to call it a day and make our way up to the 12 Apostles. We got there in perfect timing for the sunset, our day was just getting better. So beautiful! I cannot remember the last time I felt so relaxed. The sun went down and we drove to the nearest town Port Cambell for some dinner and to find somewhere to stop the night. An early start the following day to make the most of the sights along the coast, but first back to the 12 Apostles to see the sunrise, after some breakfast in one of the only open local cafes at 6.30am. It was a great few days away! Making our way along the coast seeing the next sights before heading back to Melbourne for a possible afternoon kite session (which turned out to be a hydrofoil session as the wind was too light).

A nice little session in Altona with Daniel Paronetto filming. Couple of stills captured of the session.
