Alex and I have been in Rarotonga for a couple of weeks now. It’s beautiful! Stepping off the plane we were greeted with 25knots of wind and 27degrees… Shame it was 10pm and pitch black, otherwise a session was definitely on the cards.
We had a mixture of teaching and our own kiting time in the first week which we arrived, it was awesome! Alex and I are stoked to be in such a cool place, it has everything any one could ever dream of. The week just gone, we’ve had no wind, but there is so much else to see above and under the water so you can’t really get bored. Just down the road, at Fruits of Rarotonga there’s a coral reef where we have spent a lot of our time snorkelling. The reef runs from the shore straight out into the main reef that then goes around the whole island. That amongst SUP yoga and Alex teaching me how to drive a scooter, always busy having fun. The upcoming forecast looks great. Wind for the next week!
